With BİLGİticket, you can create a request in the appropriate category for your requests and follow the process. 

You can access the BİLGİticket system from https://ticket.bilgi.edu.tr by logging in with your username (e-mail address for students) and password.

The BİLGİticket system is available for use by Istanbul Bilgi University employees and students.
