Information Technologies provides a regularly updated, developed and audited IT infrastructure for BİLGİ academic and administrative staff.

BİLGİ User Account

BİLGİ User Account is provided to BİLGİ employees upon their first employment. With their BİLGİ user accounts, employees can start their computers, access many office and academic applications, and use wired and wireless internet services.

BİLGİ Password

You can use your BİLGİ user account/email and password for all authorized services such as starting your computer, IT Help Desk (Ticket), SIS (Student Information System), HR, Library, E-mail and similar services. If you forget your password, you can get a new password by typing bilgipass and sending an SMS to 2322. We recommend that you change your new password you receive via SMS on the first use. BİLGİ Secure – WiFi

For our employees and students; BilgiSecure wireless network service is provided with high capacity, security certified, username and password login. You can connect by selecting the BilgiSecure broadcast from your computer/mobile device and typing your BİLGİ account and password.  

BİLGİ E-Mail

BİLGİ Employees have BİLGİ e-mail accounts with the extension username@bilgi.edu.tr.

You can access your BİLGİ e-mail box from the WEB interface by logging in to http://outlook.office365.com with your account and use the file sharing, data storage and Office applications provided by the Office365 platform from the WEB interface.
